General Church Meeting -
Please remember the General Church Meeting Sunday 24th May at Christchurch, Ilkley. Could someone from each church team be able to give a 2-3 minutes verbal report.
The other thing the meeting will need to do is appoint the Church Stewards and the reps to church council and circuit meeting for the coming year, and if possible, fill some of the vacant officer and representative roles. We particularly need the following:
Church Council Secretary
Church Treasurer
Church Property Steward
We will also need to ensure that each congregation has a nomination for the following representative roles:
Finance rep
Property rep
Pastoral rep
Safeguarding rep
Coffee Time -
How much do you enjoy a good cup of coffee and a chat with friends before the service on Sunday, or at the Coffee Stop on Tuesday? Did you know that we have a rota for making the coffee, and for various
reasons one or two people have had to drop out. Could you spare a little time to help? It’s only once a month – less often if more people offer . We do want to keep the coffee going, so please see Pam or Viv if you are able to offer. Thanks!
Annual Potato Challenge -
The popular annual challenge returns! What weight of potatoes can you grow this year? Collect your seed potato and bucket on
