We had the most wonderful and joyous Easter Sunday service. Where we celebrated the resurrection of Jesus Christ with balloons, song and even a chocolate fountain. It was so wonderful to see our church full of joy. It was an extra special service as we welcomed so many new members into our church with five being confirmed into our church. A very warm welcome to Cara, Issac, Laura, Luke and Robyn. We also got to welcome into membership nine more of our congregation by transfer from another church. So a wonderful welcome to Amber, Claire, Darren, Caryn, Craig, Debbie, Janet, Mark and Wendy. We look forward to worshipping with you all for many years.
My personal highlight from the day was, of course being confirmed, but I don't think I've ever had so much fun reciting the Lord's prayer while trying to keep balloons from hitting the floor. Thank you to all who came and celebrated in the Lord.
