Our church hosts a variety of events throughout the year. From bible studies and small groups to community outreach and special worship services, there is something for everyone. Martin House Raise The Roof

Martin House is holding a Raise the Roof campaign on Sunday 28th and Monday 29th September to try and raise the final £306,000 needed for The Build project.
All donations made during a 36 hour period will be matched thus doubling their value. Our fund raising from last year will be part of this campaign meaning the total value will be doubled to £6,100.
It is possible that individuals will wish to make a donation to enable the full £21.9 million to be raised and these can be made using the following link https://www.martinhouse.org.uk/the-build/

The exhibition is across 5 venues with Ben Rhydding being the nearest.
They are open:
Friday 11.00 - 15.00
Saturday 10.00 - 16.00 and
Sunday 14.00 - 16.00.
There are 9 works to see and some local artist responses to the works. It is well worth visiting and seeing their theme on Peril : Exploring people, environment and faith in times of peril. Exhibition closes October 12th so plenty of time to have a few days out to the other venues! The other venues are: Bradford Cathedral, St James Church, Thornton, South Street Centre, and Woodhouse Grove School.

Church Gardens 2025

Our team of gardeners has started the spring offensive 10am – 11am every Thursday. Come and join us – light hoeing, pruning and even some weeding. Most tools can be supplied, but you can bring your own. New volunteers especially welcome and gardening knowledge not essential – just a willing pair of hands! Please contact Angus 079497419050. Tuesday Coffee will start again this Tuesday, January 7th after the Christmas break. Hilary will be there with her Fairtrade stall. It’s always a very friendly get-together. If you haven’t been before, why not give it a try?
